Delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered, stock availability, and your location. Some pieces are dispatched directly from our trusted brand partners, which means delivery timeframes may differ across products.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email. Where tracking is available, this will be shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we may be unable to amend shipping information once an order has been processed.
For larger furniture pieces or specialist deliveries, additional delivery information may be provided after purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love every piece you order from 4K Interiors. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable, including made-to-order pieces, personalised items, or products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
